Doc Parsley Sleep Remedy offers a 60-day no-hassle refund policy. You have 60 days from the day of purchase to trial our product. If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied, simply email us at email@example.com to request your money back.
If 60 days have gone by since the date of your product purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
For any of the pre-paid packages, we will pro rate the refund to the current month relative to whatever package you purchased.
If you request a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable amount of days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, and request that you return the original item to us in the same or similar condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You have 60 days from the date of purchase to request an exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to otherwise guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
